What topupcove is
An online request form for Etisalat prepaid top-ups, backed by a single physical counter in Dubai. Every request that comes through the form is read by a person in Al Qusais, replied to by that person, and pushed through when the payment link is confirmed. There is no automation between “form submitted” and “balance appears”. That is the whole trick.
What topupcove is not
- Not an app. There is no download, no account, no dashboard.
- Not a re-seller of packages, bundles, or roaming add-ons. Amount in, amount out.
- Not a card processor. The payment link opens on a payment gateway, not on this site.
- Not tied to Etisalat as a partner. We are a manual top-up service for people who use Etisalat prepaid in the UAE.
Why the “cove” bit
Because the desk sits inside a wider building — Al Qusais Ind. Second is a small industrial district full of side rooms, and this one has a low ceiling and a single window. Feels like a cove. The name stuck.
The rhythm of the counter
Two sessions a day, Mon–Sat: mid-morning and mid-afternoon. Sunday is a short session. Friday opens after prayer, closes at the usual end-of-day. All hours listed in AED time (GMT+4). Requests placed outside those hours queue for the next session and get answered inside the 24-hour window.
Language
