Privacy policy
Short version: three pieces of data per request, kept as long as needed for the service and UAE record-keeping, then deleted. No analytics on the recharge form.
1. Who is responsible
The controller of data collected via topupcove.com is the operator of the counter at 32 12 St, Al Qusais Ind. Second, Dubai. Contact: support@topupcove.com.
2. What we collect
- Etisalat mobile number — to know which SIM the top-up goes to.
- Contact email — to send the payment link and confirmation.
- Requested amount (AED) — to know what to charge and top up.
That is all. No name, no card details, no location.
3. What we do not collect
Card numbers, expiry dates, CVV — those never touch this site. They live only on the payment gateway. We also do not run analytics or third-party trackers on the recharge form.
4. Where the data lives
Request records are stored on a server hosted in the UAE, with restricted access from the counter machine only. Emails are held by a mailbox provider under standard business terms. No data is sold or shared with advertising networks.
5. How long we keep it
Request records are kept for 24 months for accounting and dispute purposes, then deleted. Emails follow the mailbox provider's normal retention. If you ask, we delete your record sooner (subject to any legal hold under UAE record-keeping rules).
6. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your request record by writing to support@topupcove.com with your request ID. We answer within 30 days.
7. Cookies
See the cookies page. Short version: we set no analytics or advertising cookies. A single sessionStorage flag remembers if you dismissed the announcement bar.
8. Contact and complaints
Email support@topupcove.com. If you feel the reply is not enough, you can escalate to the UAE Data Office as per applicable UAE personal-data law.
