Eight questions on etisalat quick pay, answered without fluff.
If your question is not here, use the contact page — a real reply is more useful than a padded FAQ.
How do I place an etisalat recharge online request?
Open the recharge form. Pick one of the preset amounts (20, 50, 75, 100, 150, 200 AED) or type your own between 5 and 500. Add the Etisalat mobile number and a contact email. Hit send. A manager writes back inside 24 hours with the payment link.
How long until the balance shows up on the SIM?
The reply email arrives within 24 hours. After you confirm the payment on the linked gateway, the top-up usually reaches the SIM the same working day — often within minutes of the payment settling.
Which payment methods work?
The payment link accepts UAE-issued Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards, and local bank transfer to an AED account. We do not process cards on this site — the link opens on the payment gateway.
Are there hidden fees?
No. The requested amount is what reaches the SIM. Our small service fee is shown up-front inside the payment link so you see the exact total before confirming. AED only.
What if payment goes through but the top-up does not?
Reply to the confirmation email with your request ID. The manager opens a thread with the operator and either re-tries the top-up or refunds you, per the refund policy. Nothing gets lost.
Is it safe to send my card details here?
You never send card details to this site. Card entry happens on the payment gateway that opens from the link we email you. topupcove does not store or process card numbers. See security.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, in three cases: (1) the request was never fulfilled after payment, (2) we credited a wrong number by our mistake, (3) the top-up bounced on the operator side. Full text in the refund policy.
How do I reach a person quickly?
Phone or WhatsApp on +971 55 719 4032, email support@topupcove.com, or the written form on the contact page. Response window is 24 hours across all channels.
