1. Who runs this site
topupcove is a small trading operation based at 32 12 St, Al Qusais Industrial Second, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is VAT-registered in the UAE. Contact: support@topupcove.com.
2. What the service does
topupcove takes online requests for Etisalat prepaid top-ups and processes them by hand. The site is not affiliated with the Etisalat operator; it is an independent top-up desk for people who hold Etisalat prepaid lines in the UAE. AED is the only currency; amounts are limited to 5–500 AED per request.
3. Placing a request
By submitting the recharge form, you confirm that the Etisalat mobile number is one you have the right to top up, that the amount is correct, and that the contact email is valid. Requests with obviously wrong or malformed data may be declined without processing.
4. Payment and pricing
Card and bank-transfer payments take place on a third-party payment gateway, not on this site. Our service fee is disclosed inside the payment link before you confirm. Placing a request creates no payment obligation until you confirm on the gateway.
5. Timing
Reply within 24 hours of the request. The top-up itself depends on the payment gateway and the operator; usually same-working-day. Delays beyond 24 hours are addressed under the refund policy.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by UAE law, topupcove is liable only for the amount of a failed request. It is not liable for consequential losses tied to a missed call, a lost bundle, or downstream costs. Force-majeure events (operator outages, gateway outages, connectivity loss) suspend timing commitments for their duration.
7. Acceptable use
Requests must be lawful and non-fraudulent. Requests placed with a stolen card, a spoofed email, or an Etisalat number the requester has no relationship with will be reported to the payment gateway and the operator.
8. Changes to these terms
Changes take effect once posted on this page. The last-reviewed date at the top of this page is updated on each change. Material changes are also flagged in the site changelog.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are heard by the competent courts in the Emirate of Dubai.
