What happens between “send request” and “balance on the SIM”
- Immediate. The form clears itself and a “request received” note takes its place. No confirmation email is sent yet — that comes with the payment link.
- Within 24 hours. A manager writes back to the email you gave, quoting your Etisalat number and the amount, plus a link to the payment gateway.
- You confirm on the gateway. Card or bank transfer — your choice. AED only. The gateway is not this site; you are re-directed after you decide to pay.
- Balance appears. Once the payment settles on our side, the top-up is pushed to the number you wrote in. You will see it on the SIM without doing anything else.
